All of the attorneys in the Firm’s tax practice possess either an advanced tax law degree (LL.M. in Taxation) or an MBA. Our attorneys provide tax counseling to individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, nonprofit organizations and other entities with respect to a variety of transactions, ranging from entity formation and liquidation to matters that involve seeking private letter rulings with the Internal Revenue Service.
